Time to detox! The European Week for Waste Reduction is coming

The 10th edition of the European Waste Prevention Week, which will take place from 17 to 25 November 2018, is an initiative framed within the LIFE Programme. The objective is to promote and implement awareness actions on waste prevention, products reuse and recycling.
Under the theme Time to detox! This year's edition focuses on hazardous waste prevention. The purpose is to promote a change of habits related to producing, buying and managing this waste.
The Metropolitan Area of Barcelona and the Deputation of Barcelona will offer support resources to municipalities and local authorities to join the initiative.
