Life Methamorphosis

On October 7-9, 2019, the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) World Congress took place in Bilbao. This edition, had more than 1,200 experts, delegates and visitors from all over the world. This is a global meeting focused on the sustainable management and efficiency of resources, as well as the circular economy. The main topics discussed were:

       - Sustainable cities
       - Technologies in Waste Management
       - Digital Innovation 
       - Climate Change
       - Social Innovation
       - Sea Waste

The AMB did not want to miss this event and travelled to Bilbao to learn about the latest advances related to waste management and circular economy. Taking advantage of the theme and impact of the Congress, informative leaflets of the LIFE Methamorphosis project were distributed, thus answering the theme of ISWA 2019 "Circular Economy: What are you doing?".
